Announcing this last night, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said Lagos recorded 43 new cases, Kano 32, Zamfara 14, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) 10, Katsina nine, Taraba seven, Borno and Ogun six each, Oyo five, Edo, Kaduna and Bauchi three each, Adamawa and Gombe two each, while Plateau, Sokoto and Kebbi recorded one each.
It said: “So far, Nigeria had recorded 2950 confirmed cases of COVID-19. 481 persons have been discharged, while 98 have died.”
