In the commercial city of Aba, Abia State, Nigeria, the sky has been scripted for the return of Obinna Pascal Amajuoyi to Aba after the death of his mother on 12th, December 2004 in Ikom Cross River State, Nigeria.
A tale of resilience, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit unfolds through the life of Obinna Pascal Amajuoyi. Born on March 29th, 1991.
Obinna’s journey epitomizes the classic narrative of ‘grass to grace,’ marked by challenges, setbacks, and ultimately, triumph.
Obinna’s story begins with humble beginnings. Raised in a modest household living with his Uncle and his Family in Aba, he learned the values of hard work and perseverance from a young age. He likes business of phone flipping in Aba St Micheal to raised money to support himself through Education. Despite facing financial constraints, he excelled in his studies, Obtaining a Higher Diploma in Business Purchasing and Supply Management, showcasing a remarkable intellect and determination to succeed.
After completing his Polytechnic Higher Diploma education in 2016, Obinna found himself at a crossroads. With limited resources and uncertain prospects, he sought employment opportunities in Hotels like House 14 Ekenna, Aba, and he became the Best staff, from storekeeper to Hotel Supervisor/manager, he used the little money he was paid in the Hotel work to support himself in his Academic. It was during this time that fate intervened, leading him to a life-changing opportunity.
Obinna traveled to Ghana on January 17th 2017 in search of better life and business opportunities, Luck shine at him and he was able to get a Business Space at Tema Station Accra to display his phones and accessories for sale. He was able to make profit and pay back his business partners and due to his honesty in doing the Phone Accessories business he was offered an opportunity to travel to Malaysia to learn more about the Business of Phone Accessories and Importation of phones to Africa.
Obinna arrived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Establish his first drop shipping store called Binnatech stores which deals in Solar Panel and charger distribution in South East Asia. With Distribution point at Major Asia countries like Singapore and Korea.
Unfortunately for Obinna he loss his Father on 13th February 2019, He came back to Africa to buried his father as the only son of his late father tradition demands his presence. He traveled after his father burial to Ghana. He decided to Stay in Africa to Establish business that will change the developmental indices of Africa.

However, despite his efforts, Obinna encountered numerous challenges along the way. Financial struggles and setbacks tested his resolve, pushing him to the brink of despair. Yet, in the face of adversity, he remained undeterred, fueled by a burning desire to create a better future for himself and his loved ones.
It was during one of his darkest moments that Obinna stumbled upon a revolutionary Idea – Real Estate, Hospitality and Media. Intrigued by its potential and limitless possibilities, he delved into the world of Real Estate, Hospitality and Media with fervor and determination. Through extensive research and self-education, he quickly grasped the fundamentals of investment and business management.
Obinna Pascal Amajuoyi with his potential and work ethic. Eager to seize the opportunity, Obinna embarked on a journey of building a New Business and a new Niche which is the Hospitality Industry. He launched his first Fast food restaurant BINNA PARLOUR PIZZA in Accra Ghana on 10th July 2020 with lot of community support for the project as the first Pizza Fast food in Manhean Accra Ghana.

He also used his spare time to seek Mentorship and guidance in Technology and Software Development he enrolled in Codetrain Academy Ghana to learn more about Coding. Obinna Build his first website on 19th August 2019 called BINNABOOK Magazine.The website is a major news platform in West Africa shaping peoples views and opinions.

Through hard work and dedication, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in the Real Estate Industry, and this help him in the running of business of House flipping and remodeling of Modern homes for affordable living. This idea gave birth to BINNA HOMES Apartment. The company deals into building of affordable houses for their client and lower mortgaged payment to live in the properties.
Despite the skepticism and doubts of others, he remained steadfast in his belief in the transformative power of his ideas and business dealings, His perseverance soon paid off, as he began to see success and steady growth in his ventures.
